What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching clients pay their coach to be a sounding board, someone who really listens to them and gives honest feedback. Other roles could be motivator, friend, mentor, business consultant, teacher, taskmaster, spiritual guide.
Life coaching clients use their coach for help on time management, career guidance, business advice, relationships, family, wellness, spirituality and creativity.
The positive outcomes from working with a life coach are a higher level of self-awareness and self-confidence, a more balanced life, smarter goal-setting and lower stress levels, setting better goals, improvement in quality of life, enhanced communication skills, health or fitness improvement, better relationship with boss and co-workers, better family relationship(s), increased energy, more fun, more income, ceasing bad habits, and career change.
As your Life Coach, Jim first helps you define exactly what you really want out of life. You learn to identify your own values, behavioral style and mission. Once you do this, Jim helps you develop and implement personal goals that reflect who you truly are and what you are passionate about. Through the coaching process, Jim introduces you to a variety of tools that enable you to build the right agenda for your life.
Through sharing a wealth of materials and experience gained from a lifetime of working with others, and by supporting them during a time of experimentation, implementation and evaluation, Jim's clients often report quick and significant growth in their own self-confidence.
How much does it cost?
Jim's fees begin at $100 per hour with a standard monthly package of $175 for 2 one-hour phone sessions and unlimited email for a minimum of 3 months. While much of Jim's work as a Life Coach is done by phone or email, other arrangements can be negotiated for your benefit.
